The Restaurant Mo’ Bettahs is a ballad to beach life” – New York Times Over 100 million bites of teriyaki chicken served. Mo’ Bettahs started with two brothers, Kimo and Kalani Mack. They grew up on the island of Oahu with a strong culture of aloha (love) rooted in 'ohana (family), traditions, the ocean, and the 'āina (land). When they started Mo’ Bettahs in 2008 they wanted to share the real Hawaii with everyone who entered the restaurant. Eating together, sharing love, and strengthening family is a fundamental part of life on the islands. It will always be at the heart of what Mo’ Bettahs is about. Mo’ Bettahs features 'ono (delicious) steak, chicken, kalua pig and shrimp tempura served with rice and macaroni salad.

About

The Liquid Library

The Liquid Library is a home-bar inventory that knows what you can actually make. YOUR SHELVES, AS A BOOKCASE Add bottles from a built-in catalog of more than 1,400 real spirits, modifiers, syrups and pantry staples — or add anything custom. Sixteen shelf categories, each a leather-bound spine: whiskey, scotch, gin, rum, tequila, vodka, brandy, liqueurs, cordials, amari, vermouth, bitters, syrups, mixers, garnishes. POUR, AND THE LEVEL GOES DOWN Record a pour by preset, slider or exact amount, and the bottle level drops. Track when you bought a bottle and when you opened it. Keep ratings, notes and prices per bottle, and watch the running-low strip on the home shelf. Duplicates stack. Three unopened bottles of the same thing collapse into one row with a combined total. Open bottles never stack — they're at different levels, and that difference is the whole point. 120+ CLASSICS, CHECKED AGAINST YOUR SHELVES Old Fashioneds, Martinis & Manhattans, Sours, Highballs, Tiki, Spritzes, Flips, Punches, Shots, Zero Proof and more — each with method, glass, ice, garnish and a line of history. CAN I MAKE THIS? Every recipe is checked against your inventory in real time. Each ingredient resolves to a specific bottle you own, and the recipe reads Ready to make, Ready — with a substitute, or Missing N things. A generic call like "Bourbon" will take anything off the right shelf and tell you which. A specific call like "Campari" has to be matched by name, and won't silently substitute. Having the fruit counts as having the juice: a recipe calling for lime juice is satisfied by limes on the garnish shelf, and reads Squeeze fresh. MAKE TONIGHT Every drink you can pour right now, in one list. Plan a round while you're out and know it'll work when you get home. WRITE YOUR OWN, OR FORK A CLASSIC Build recipes from scratch, pulling ingredients straight off your own shelves so a line can be pinned to one exact bottle. Fork any recipe to save your variation without touching the original; forks record what changed and link back to the parent. THE DATE BOOK Making a drink deducts every ingredient from the bottles you chose and writes a dated entry with servings, tasting note and rating. A merged timeline of drinks made and one-off pours, plus what you've made most and which bottle you go through fastest. COCKTAIL OF THE DAY A home-screen widget showing one drink you can actually make tonight — or the one you're a single bottle away from. Small, medium and lock-screen sizes. ACROSS YOUR DEVICES Your library is backed by iCloud, so bottles, levels, recipes, forks and the date book follow you between devices. Pour on one, and the level is right on the other. PRIVATE BY DESIGN There's no account to make and no server of ours. Your library lives in your own private iCloud database. Nothing is collected, nothing is shared, and there are no ads, no analytics and no tracking of any kind. The Liquid Library is for adults keeping track of their own collection. Please drink responsibly.
