The TrackSynq Mobile application provides an easy and convenient way to monitor and control fleet operations. The application interacts with a high-performance data platform to fetch and present the data using an intuitive and easy to use user interface. This application supports localized text, and we would continue adding support for more languages over time. The most common feature supported by this application is track and trace where a fleet owner can view the fleet and locate current and historical location of the vehicles. For the time being, this version does not support Tracking feature and it shall be coming soon. Moreover, the platform can generate events like geofences entry and exit, low battery alert, ignition status change, speeding, and idling. Additionally, the application can behave differently depending on the type of the user. An administration will be able to view the entire fleet, whereas a driver or a vehicle owner can see vehicles assigned to him or her only. Furthermore, it is possible to visualize additional data using OBD capable devices. It is possible to capture geolocation information using a specific hardware of your choice or using a mobile application.
