The clearest difference is rating: myGemma at 4.9 against Upscale Resale's 1.0. myGemma also leads on ratings volume (75 vs 1). Upscale Resale's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs monthly) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
