Quality Days puts a training plan next to the runs you already do, and works out what they add up to. Pick a plan and set your race day. Every workout lands on a date, carries the pace it is meant to be run at, and waits there. When the run syncs from Apple Health, the day fills in on its own: distance against the target, pace, splits, heart rate and the route you took. Nothing to log, nothing to tick off. PLANS Plans written by runners, from a first 5K to a marathon build. Find one, preview it, and anchor it to your race day; the calendar counts back from there. Every day says what to run, how far, and at what pace. Or write your own and publish it for other runners. STRUCTURED WORKOUTS A day can carry a warm up, intervals, recoveries and a cool down, each at your own pace. Move a workout to a free day when life gets in the way. APPLE WATCH Allow it once and the week ahead is scheduled into the Workout app on your Apple Watch, every step at your pace. WHAT THE WEEK COMES TO A week's runs against the week the plan asked for. What you ran, what was planned, what is still ahead, and a recap when the week closes. FITNESS AND FRESHNESS Every run scores a training load from your own thresholds: power when your watch records it, otherwise pace, otherwise heart rate. Six weeks of load is your fitness, one week is your fatigue, and the gap between them is how fresh you are. EFFORT, WEEK BY WEEK The week's load against the range that holds your current fitness, so building and slipping are both visible rather than guessed at. PACES AND PREDICTIONS Easy through repetition pace, worked out from your own fastest recent effort, with an equivalent time at every distance from the mile to the marathon. EVERY RUN IN FULL Splits, pace, heart rate, cadence, elevation and the route, for any run you tap. Time in each heart-rate zone, day by day or week by week. WHERE YOU RUN Every route you have ever run on one map, brightest on the streets you run most. BUILT ON APPLE HEALTH Runs come from Apple Health, so anything that writes workouts there works: Apple Watch, the iPhone's own Workout recording, Strava, Nike Run Club, Garmin Connect. No import step. Open it and your history is already there. An account is optional. Create one to keep your plan and your runs in sync across phones, or to publish a plan of your own. What the app works out, it works out on your iPhone.
