Cleaningly vs Gem City Cleaning Tools

Cleaningly helps you request and manage residential and commercial cleaning services. Choose your cleaning service and extras, add property details and instructions, and select a preferred date and time. Residential prices and commercial quote requests are clearly shown before you submit. A booking is a request until the Cleaningly team confirms it. With the Cleaningly app you can: • Request residential or commercial cleaning. • Save property details, cleaning preferences and instructions for future requests. • View booking history, details and available progress updates. • Book again using your previous preferences. • Find preparation guidance for your selected service. • Request rescheduling, cancellation or a recurring plan, or report a cleaning issue. Changes require review by the Cleaningly team. • Manage your profile and addresses, read notifications and leave a review. • View referral eligibility, reward status and credit terms. Rewards depend on an eligible residential clean being completed and paid; a sign-up or booking request does not earn a reward. Sign in to manage bookings linked to your account, or submit a booking request as a guest. Contact Cleaningly if you need help with a booking or account.
