Guest Concierge is the operations app for property cleaning teams working short-term rentals. From the moment a guest checks out to the second the next one walks in, every signal you need to clean fast and prove it — in one place. WHY TEAMS SWITCH TO GUEST CONCIERGE • Live back-to-back alerts. Same-day turnover? You'll see it at the top of your inbox with a countdown to the next check-in. • A smart cleaning timer. Start, pause, resume — your time is tracked even if the app closes or the phone restarts. • Section-based checklists. Cleaners follow the same playbook the host built, room by room, with progress synced live to the host's dashboard. • Before & after evidence. Snap photos and videos by section to prove the unit was left guest-ready. Uploads survive flaky reception. • Issue reporting in 10 seconds. Take a photo, write a line, send. The host sees it instantly with the right context attached. • Direct chat per property. Message the right host about the right unit. No more group threads to scroll through. • Multi-host inbox. Paired with two or three hosts? One inbox, sorted by urgency, with B2B turnovers always at the top. BUILT FOR • Cleaning crews • Maintenance technicians • Concierge staff • Anyone running turnovers for vacation rentals EVERYTHING YOU NEED ON-SITE • Smart map of every property you cover, with one-tap directions in Apple Maps, Google Maps, or Waze • Wi-Fi network and password copyable in one tap • Lockbox / access instructions front and center • Listings hub with check-in and check-out times, photos, amenities, and the host's notes • Beautiful dark mode out of the box DESIGNED FOR REAL FIELD WORK Big touch targets, fast photo capture, offline-friendly uploads, and a back-to-back urgency system that color-codes the most important booking before you even read a label.
