ENTRO 2 turns your smartphone into an identification device. Your Smartphone can be used as an RF-card to punch in/out in a Time&Attendance system or to be identified by an access control and open a gate from a maximum of 10 meters away. Clocking in or out can be done directly on the terminal. Attention: requires the use of BLE readers by Zucchetti AXESS Zucchetti AXESS BLE readers, can be connected to any access control and attendance devices equipped with a TTL serial interface. Main features: - Automatically detects all BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) readers within range - Shows a list of all detected readers, each with its own customizable name. - The reading distance can be adjusted from the settings of the APP and goes from 30 cm (for T&A applications) up to 10 meters (for Access Control applications: for example opening a gate from the car). - Ability to automatically transmit the id-code to the reader, upon launching the APP. This allows you to open the door with a single touch or with a single voice command. - If there are multiple readers within range, you can select which one to send the identification code to. - Pefect choice to open a gate with your mobile phone without getting out of the car. - The APP can be activated with a voice command, making it possible, to punch attendance with a voice command (hands free). APP Features: Once installed on the smartphone, the APP generates a unique code that cannot be changed and which must be associated with the user who owns the phone in the Access Control or T&A software. This code is the one that the smartphone sends (encrypted) to the selected Zucchetti AXESS reader via BLE (Bluetooth 4.0/Smart) technology. If the code sent is considered valid, the terminal accepts the transaction as if it had been read by a standard RF-CARD and the corresponding action is then performed (attendance recorded, door/gate/turnstile opening...). Assign an id-code to a user and define its authorizations is an easy and intuitive process with Zucchetti AXESS terminal and can be performed using any browser and connection to the terminal's IP Advantages of ENTRO 2: - Greater security by eliminating the risk of duplication of badges. - No costs for the company for the purchase and replacement of badges. - Reduce the risk of badge exchange by users since the personal smartphone is rarely given to others. - If the employee loses or replaces the smartphone, the previous code is simply deactivated and the user is matched with the code of the new phone.
