Smart Border Parking vs KeepItNoted Inventory Tracker

Smart Border è un progetto pubblico finanziato dal Programma Interreg Italia - Svizzera 2014-2020 e promosso dal Comune di Luino e il Comune di Gambarogno volto ad agevolare e promuovere il trasporto pubblico (su ferro e gomma) e diffondere la mobilità dolce mitigando l'impatto del trasporto individuale motorizzato dei lavoratori transfrontalieri. Nell'ambito del progetto Smart Border sono stati realizzati 2 parcheggi nella Città di Luino: - Parcheggio "Ex Parigine" - Parcheggio "V Locale" Il Parcheggio Smart Border "Ex Parigine", situatosi fuori dal centro urbano deve rappresentare un polo attrattivo per tutta la cittadinanza. La sua posizione strategica si presta all'utilizzo di una modalità di spostamento diverso, il Car Pooling. Il Parcheggio "V Locale" è posizionato dentro il centro di Luino, precisamente su Piazza Guglielmo Marconi, con accesso diretto alla stazione ferroviaria. La Stazione di Luino, servita sia da treni Trenord che TILO, rappresenta un importante polo attrattivo che favorisce lo spostamento dei frontalieri. Per tale motivo è predisposto l'utilizzo degli stalli del parcheggio in "V Locale" a servizio degli utenti che adottano lo scambio intermodale utilizzando il treno, il Bus o i servizi di sharing.
