Smart Property All-in-one Resident App Smart Property offers contactless access management and facility booking through a mobile app. Residents can use personal QR codes to unlock doors, elevators, and mailboxes, while also generating temporary QR codes for visitors. Integrated with a video intercom system, the solution allows residents to connect directly with property management and receive instant updates via push notifications. This system streamlines property management processes and enhances the living experience. Mobile App Functions : Dynamic Profile QR Code •⁠ ⁠Display the basic resident information •⁠ ⁠Present the profile QR code to the scanner to gain access to entrances, lifts, and mailbox.
