Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: TorahApp at every 5 days against Pushkah App's monthly. TorahApp also leads on ratings volume (128 vs 7). Pushkah App's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and review sentiment (100% vs 87%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
