Users of the Comet Yxlon Visual Assist app are supported by the specialist departments of Comet Yxlon's Technical Service. The use of the app is focused on the processing of technical incidents. The services to be provided as part of Remote Support may be supplemented by other software-based tools if the situation requires this.
