Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Parlor Doughnuts at 4.9 against Kelly's Tavern's 3.7. Parlor Doughnuts also leads on ratings volume (5.5K vs 3). Kelly's Tavern's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
