Your watch already knows your resting heart rate, your HRV and how you slept. What it cannot know is why. VitalCast lets you answer one question at the end of the day, in a single tap, and answers it the next morning. Your night, drawn as a ring. Readiness is measured against your own normal and drawn from last night's heart rate: the ring bursts where your heart rate moved while you slept and stays quiet where you slept steadily. As it draws in each morning, a light tap marks each burst. The four signals that moved your score sit around it, in points that add up to it. Tag today. Alcohol. A late meal. A hard workout. Travel. Work stress. Thirty tags, one tap each, from the Home Screen widget, your Apple Watch, Siri or the app. Custom tags for the things only you do. What helps, what hurts. After five days with the same tag, VitalCast compares the mornings that followed with all the others: heart rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep, sleep efficiency, deep sleep. In plain percentages, against your own nights only, with the honest answer "no clear difference" when that is what the data says. Your data, not proof of cause. Explained, every time. A tag on yesterday becomes context in this morning's read: "resting heart rate ran high, you noted alcohol." Every score in the app shows its arithmetic, and every claim links to the study behind it. On your wrist and your Lock Screen. Live Activities count down the caffeine you logged to a sleep-safe level, hold Rest Mode with an end button, and watch the overnight signals when they sit off your range, on the Lock Screen, in the Dynamic Island and in the Apple Watch Smart Stack. The same readiness ring is on your watch, and a caffeine-window complication joins readiness and sleep on the watch face. Ask, from anywhere. "Log alcohol in VitalCast." "When should I stop caffeine in VitalCast." "Ask my data in VitalCast." Nine Siri shortcuts, English and Spanish. Works with the watch you own. Readiness, sleep score, training load with heart-rate zones, daytime versus overnight HRV, heart-rate recovery, on any Apple Watch that writes to Health, and with Oura, Garmin, Whoop and Withings data that flows through it. Still the records app. Your labs, medications, conditions and allergies from every health system on one timeline, the same lab value charted across providers, and appointment prep from your own records. No account. Computed on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded unless you choose deeper analysis on Apple's Private Cloud Compute, one switch, off until you turn it on, which receives the computed numbers and never your raw Health data. Every card says where it was worded. Designed for iPhone, iPhone Duo, iPad and Apple Watch. In English and Spanish. VitalCast Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, with a free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
