Property Edge turns your iPhone into a renovation/maintenance cost estimator. Point it at a room, describe the work, and see an indicative price in seconds — before you call a single builder. HOW IT WORKS 1. Scan — use the camera and LiDAR to measure a wall, floor or whole room. No tape measure. 2. Describe — say or type what you want done. Painting, plastering, tiling, flooring, fire doors, coving, a new bathroom or kitchen — over 300 jobs covered. 3. Estimate — get a clear cost range with VAT shown separately, built from real trade pricing. 4. Share — export a tidy PDF for your builder, or compare the quotes you receive against your estimate. Spot something that looks off? Report it in one tap and the team will look into it. WHY USE IT • Know your budget before you commit. Walking into a renovation blind is how budgets get blown. • Pricing comes from genuine trade data — not random internet averages. • Every estimate is a range with VAT separated, so you see the real picture. • Save projects room by room, attach photos, and export a tidy PDF for your builder. FREE TO START Scan and estimate for free. Upgrade to Basic or Premium for unlimited estimates, multi-room projects, photo attachments, PDF export and priority support. A NOTE ON ACCURACY Estimates are indicative and for guidance only — they are not a fixed quote. Always confirm a firm price with your chosen contractor before committing. Built for homeowners, landlords and property investors in the UK and US planning renovation or refurbishment work.
