About

DigitaX

Your tax life. In your pocket. DigitaX is a tax and bookkeeping app built for Ireland's self-employed — sole traders, freelancers, contractors and landlords. Track what you earn and spend, keep every receipt, invoice your clients and always know what you owe Revenue. DigitaX is a private company. We are not Revenue and not a government service. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Live tax position. Income tax, PRSI, USC and your credits, recalculated as you add income and expenses. For the month or the full year. • Scan a receipt. Photograph it and the app reads the merchant, the date, the totals and the VAT. The image stays attached to the expense, so your records are always backed by the original. • Track income and expenses. Categorised, searchable and ready for your return — no spreadsheet at the end of the year. • Invoice from your phone. Create, send and store professional invoices in a few taps. • VAT3 and Form 11. Prepare your returns in the app; our agents, registered with Revenue as tax agents, review and file them for you. • Verify your identity in the app. Passport, driving licence or EU national ID — photographed, encrypted and used for identity checks only. • Deadline reminders, so nothing arrives as a surprise. • AI tax assistant. Ask a question about your own numbers in plain language. Its answers are general guidance, not official advice from Revenue. • English, Romanian, Russian and Ukrainian. WHO IT'S FOR Sole traders, freelancers and contractors who want their tax handled without hiring a full-time accountant. Landlords keeping rental income in order. Small businesses that need VAT, compliance and bookkeeping in one place. THE TEAM BEHIND IT DigitaX is run by an Irish-based team of tax agents registered with Revenue and authorised to use Revenue's Online Service (ROS) on behalf of clients. The app handles the day to day; real people handle the filings and the questions. NOT A GOVERNMENT SERVICE DigitaX is a private company and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government body. Tax rules, rates and the VAT3 and Form 11 return formats used in this app are published by Revenue at https://www.revenue.ie, and returns are filed through Revenue's Online Service at https://www.ros.ie. Always check those official sources for current rates and deadlines. SUPPORT Questions? Reach us from inside the app, or at digitax.ie.
