Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: LuckyFes at weekly against FOLK's monthly. LuckyFes also leads on review sentiment (33% vs 13%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). FOLK's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
