Founded in 1991, On Point is a youth development organization serving more than 10,000 Middle and High School students throughout Hamilton and Bradley Counties. While On Point is based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, our programs have reached over 40 states and 13 countries. Some of our program topics include: Graduation Support, Healthy Life Choices, How to Identify and Cultivate a Positive Support Network, Leadership Development, Mental/Emotional Health, Risk Avoidance, Self-Discovery, Social-Emotional Learning and more. In this app, you will find meditations for creating calm, dealing with strong emotions, and cultivating focus. If you are a student in our Chattanooga and Cleveland programming, you can hear "Shout Outs", or Hope-filled messages of encouragement, from your facilitators. You will also have access to the Emergency tab which links you right to Child Protective Services, and the Human Trafficking and Suicide Hotlines.
