Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Wraps for Tesla at 5.0 against Testars's 2.3. Wraps for Tesla also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs monthly). Testars's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Wraps for Tesla holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 6 and 6 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of Testars's written reviews are positive against 28% of Wraps for Tesla's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
