Kitchen Drive brings your café, restaurant, bar or bakery together on iPhone and iPad. Manage point of sale, orders, kitchen operations, delivery, guests, inventory and staff in one connected system, whether you run one location or a growing group. We build Kitchen Drive to give your team more time for guests and owners more time to grow the business. Less manual entry, repetitive work and chasing updates. More attention to service and results. One app supports cashiers, servers, kitchen staff, couriers, managers and owners, with tools and permissions tailored to each role. In the app: • Point of sale. A visual menu with search, categories and modifiers, table service and quick orders. Manage discounts, loyalty rewards, gift certificates, payment methods, refunds and cash register shifts. • Kitchen and pickup. Send orders to the kitchen, track dish readiness and coordinate dine-in and takeaway service. Print tickets for different preparation stations, guest bills and fiscal receipts. • Online orders and delivery. Bring orders from connected channels into one workflow. Assign couriers, follow preparation and delivery statuses, and manage delivery charges and courier pay. • Reservations and pre-orders. Keep table bookings, advance food orders, deposits and guest details together so your team can prepare for each visit. • Inventory and production. Receive deliveries, check stock, take inventory, transfer goods, record waste and track production. Manage unavailable items and quantities of prepared products. Capture supplier invoices from photos and review the extracted details before saving. • Staff and daily routines. Work schedules, photo clock-ins and clock-outs, lateness tracking, checklists and access permissions. An activity history helps you understand what happened and who handled it. • Management from anywhere. View sales, revenue, profit, orders, register shifts and cash movements. Stay connected to your locations and your team from your own device. The POS keeps working when the internet connection drops. Data is stored on the device and synchronizes when the connection returns. Together with the Kitchen Drive web console, you can also manage: • Menus, recipes and costs. Recipe cards, ingredients, prepared components, dish costs, purchasing price changes, ABC analysis, planned and actual cash flow, reports and Excel exports. • Guest relationships. Purchase history, loyalty rewards, personal discounts, promo codes, gift certificates and promotions. Your branded guest app adds push notifications, posts and birthday greetings. • AI assistance. Extract information from supplier documents, match items to your catalog, improve menu photos, and draft dish descriptions and preparation instructions. Expand the system to fit your business: your own branded ordering website and guest app, self-service kiosks, customer-facing displays, order status screens and digital menu boards. Connect delivery services and your own tools through the open API. The interface is available in English, Russian, Kazakh, Spanish, French, German, Turkish and Arabic. A Kitchen Drive account is required. Available features depend on staff permissions, your plan, connected services and hardware.
