We know that adolescence is a critical time for delivering prevention and intervention strategies for mental health and wellbeing, as health-related behaviours established during this period are often carried into adulthood. After launching the Hey Lemonade App in 2022, they identified a gap for Australia’s youth – and so they began Hey Lemonade High.
