Assyst opens the question banks your university or college sends you — the .qst and .qsz files produced by the Assist program — and turns them into a practice and exam tool that fits in your pocket. OPEN ANY FILE Load .qst, .txt, .qsz and .qsze files from Files, a link, a ZIP archive or straight from Telegram, WhatsApp or Mail with "Open with…". Encodings (UTF-8, UTF-16, Windows-1251) are detected automatically, so old files just work. TRAINING MODE Answer a question and see immediately whether you were right, partially right or wrong, together with the hint the author left for you. Learn by doing, not by memorising. EXAM MODE No hints until the end. Set an optional time limit — the countdown keeps running in the background and notifies you when time is up. Get your score, pass mark and a review of every mistake. SMART SELECTION Take all questions, a random subset drawn evenly across topics, or a specific range. Focus on favorites, only on questions you haven't answered yet, or work on your errors until none are left. SIX QUESTION TYPES Single and multiple choice, reorder answers, type the answer, type a number, and fill-in-the-blank with typed or chosen words. CREATE AND SHARE Build your own tests with groups, help texts and images on questions and answers. Export as .qst, .qsz or lossless .qsze, zip them, and send to a group chat or save to Files. STATISTICS Attempts per day, frequency per test, pass rate and learning progress — by week, month, year or all time. PRIVATE AND OFFLINE No account. Everything is stored on your device and works without internet. No advertising, no tracking. SIX LANGUAGES English, Russian, Kazakh, Uzbek, Tatar and Chinese. SUBSCRIPTION Assyst Pro is required to use the app after a 3-day free trial: $2 per month or $20 per year. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Hemis at none against Assyst Tests's 2. Assyst Tests's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
