Coastal Flow is Orange County’s premier alternative fitness studio. Dive into our app to book classes, check out special events, connect with others and celebrate your milestones. The studio offers a variety of modalities including: FLOORWORK: barre, yoga, aerial yoga, mat pilates, flexibility, contortion and dance to name a few. AERIAL ARTS: lyra, hammock, aerial pole, silks POLE FITNESS + DANCE : spin & static pole, heels choreography, hardstyle choreo and flow. Our knowledgeable and passionate team of instructors provide full-body, fun training that challenges the body and connects the community.
