It is an application that provides a count/timer function for training. It was developed to help you concentrate on training because it is annoying to count the number of times you do muscle training. In addition, you can set the time it takes for one movement, and you can freely apply the load to your partner (muscle). ■ Functions - Counter: Tells you how many times you have left. (You can set the time for each action) Examples of use: weight training, squats, etc. - Timer: Tells you how much time is left. Usage examples: trunk training, planks, etc. - Workout creation: You can create your own effective workout by combining counters and timers. All functions below are free! Count up, count down function Switchable by one button. Counting up and down time can be recorded as history. (Up to 300 records) It is possible to go back to a previous point in time from the history. The sound when counting can be changed (more than 30 types).
