Our application allows you to access the maintenance center and request maintenance and repair service for elevators, escalators and automatic doors, whether you are our customer or a first-time visitor. There are many great and new features in our application, for example, the customer can communicate directly with the person responsible for his elevator, and can request change in the periodic maintenance date and discuss his needs through direct chat inside the application. Customer can explain his problem and attach a picture expressing the issue. One can communicate with the manager directly for complaints, and a contract can also be renewed. And payment directly. The receipt and the contract can be printed anytime from anywhere through the application. The customer can review the periodic maintenance schedule and reports, sign the maintenance report, and many other great features to serve our customers. The visitor for the first time can request a visit for a preview and a report on the condition of his elevator. One-time repair can be requested. Customer can also discuss all his requests via direct chat with the Maintenance Operations Center to meet his needs and many new and wonderful features.
