ONE App by DPWorld vs EventTrack

ONE App is the centralized single mobile App for all DP World Community

EventTrack is the event planner built around the one thing every group gets wrong: the money. Plan weddings, parties, and every celebration in between from a single shared budget — so everyone helping you sees the same numbers, updating live. No more scattered spreadsheets, screenshots, and group-chat threads. Everything for your event lives in one place, and every change appears for the whole group at once. ONE SHARED BUDGET See what's spent, what's still planned, and what's left in the pool. Log expenses, attach receipts, sort by category, and get alerts before you go over — with reminders for the payments that matter. THE WHOLE GUEST LIST Track RSVPs at a glance, note dietary needs, assign tables, and reach anyone in a tap. Know your real headcount, not a guess. A CHECKLIST THAT ADDS UP Break the plan into tasks, watch your progress fill in, and celebrate when it's done. Costs on the checklist flow straight into your budget. THE RUNNING ORDER Build the day hour by hour — locations, time blocks, and a "happening now" view so no one misses a beat. PLAN TOGETHER Invite the people helping you, decide who can edit, and keep everyone in sync across devices, instantly. PHOTOS & PAPERWORK Keep floor plans, quotes, contracts, and photos attached to the event they belong to. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Sign in with Apple. Your events sync privately to your account, and you can delete everything anytime. FREE TO START Plan up to 2 events with a 50-guest list, plus the full checklist, budget, and timeline — free. Go Premium for unlimited events and guests, collaborative planning, the seating planner, photo and document uploads, reminder automation, and custom themes. EventTrack Premium is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.
