If a ticket is not available, it monitors the desired trip and notifies you when a spot becomes available, either adding the ticket to the cart or changing it (depending on the option you selected). Automatic ticket change: If an e-ticket is unavailable, we will monitor the selected trip on your behalf, and when a spot becomes available, we will change your original ticket to the desired one. (Changing an already paid ticket) Ticket search/monitoring: If an e-ticket is unavailable, we will monitor the selected trip on your behalf, and when a spot becomes available, we will add the desired ticket to your cart and notify you.
