Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: 全球网测 at none against APTV's 1. 全球网测 also leads on review sentiment (83% vs 75%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). APTV's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 months) and rating (4.6 vs 4.2). On price and ads there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. APTV sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. 全球网测 asks for nothing beyond the download.
APTV holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: APTV has 729 ratings behind it against 20, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of APTV's written reviews are positive against 83% of 全球网测's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
APTV ships an update fortnightly, 全球网测 every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
