Covers orientation, memory, attention, executive function, and language. Scoring is adjusted for level of education. Assesses memory registration and recall, body orientation, praxis, visuospatial ability, judgement, and language fluency. AD8 — AD8 Dementia Screening Interview An 8-item informant interview that detects early cognitive change across multiple dementing illnesses including Alzheimer disease, vascular dementia, Lewy body dementia, and frontotemporal dementia. Can be administered to an informant or the patient directly. MoCA — Montreal Cognitive Assessment Links directly to the official MoCA website (mocacognition.com) for access to the test and administration instructions in accordance with copyright requirements. KEY FEATURES • Anonymous mode — no patient identifiers are collected or stored • Persistent session history with per-question score breakdown • Scoring and interpretation displayed inline during assessment • Timer support for timed subtasks • Audio playback for story recall (SLUMS) • Offline — no internet connection required for SLUMS, RUDAS, or AD8 INTENDED USE This app is intended as a clinical aid for qualified healthcare professionals.
