Cadre turns a training class into an audit-ready record in minutes. Built for law enforcement, fire, and EMS instructors, it replaces the paperwork and spreadsheets with one fast, private app — and everything stays on your device. DOCUMENT A CLASS Log the date, hours, location, objectives, and standards. Add multiple areas of instruction, each with its own code and hours. Attach lesson plans, photos, and time-stamped notes. CAPTURE A SIGNED ROSTER Add attendees and collect signatures on the spot, or start QR sign-in — attendees scan a code with their own phone, enter their name, and sign. No app, no accounts. The live sign-in count even appears on your lock screen while class is in session. FILL YOUR FORMS AUTOMATICALLY Map your agency or state training form once, then fill it from any class. Officer details, class rows, hours, and instructor signatures land in the right fields. Need a form for everyone? Generate a completed, signed PDF for every officer on the roster in a single tap. TRACK CERTIFICATIONS AND RECERTS Keep your credentials and recertification-hour requirements in one place. Expiring or behind-on-hours certifications surface before they lapse, so nothing catches you off guard. EXPORT PROOF Produce completion certificates and audit-ready class records as clean PDFs. Verified records carry scannable proof of authenticity. Cadre works fully offline and keeps your training data on your device — no cloud account required. CADRE PRO Upgrade to unlock form digitization and auto-fill, verifiable records, class audio and video recording, and clean, watermark-free exports.
