Once you click confirm, the app will immediately reward the customer their points and update your transactions history - Enable Your Customers to Redeem Pointsgram is not a cashback program, but customers would be able to redeem their points for an equivalent "discount" of their total bill. The discount is not to be paid by the shop at which the redeeming transaction happened. All the calculations will be done by Pointsgram, and all you need to do is to scan the customer's QR code, input the redeeming amount, and issue the bill accordingly. - Returns?
