Routine is a private, focused checklist for the tasks you repeat—and the occasional task you need to do once. Create a task, add one or more schedules, and see the items due today in time order. Check off a task when you complete it; that checkmark applies only to that scheduled occurrence, so a repeating task is ready to complete again the next day. Each occurrence is tracked independently, so checking off one task never marks another one done.
