The clearest difference is review sentiment: Strichka at 100% against Nurilounge's 35%. Strichka also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.6). Nurilounge's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks) and ratings volume (131 vs 6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
