FOR FAMILIES, PLAYERS AND COACHES • Find any published tournament by name or city • Live schedules, scores and standings for every age group • Follow your team to get a notification when its game is moved, its next bracket matchup is set, or its final score is posted • Get announcements from the director: weather delays, field changes, bracket postings and more • Team pages show every pool and bracket game in one place • No account or sign-up needed. Just tap the bell. FOR TOURNAMENT DIRECTORS • Set up age groups, pools and teams in minutes • Generate round-robin pool games with one tap, then set days, times and fields • Enter scores as games finish, and followers are notified automatically • Standings update instantly with tiebreakers you choose and reorder: head-to-head, run differential, runs allowed, runs scored and coin flip • Optional run-differential cap per game • Send push announcements to the whole tournament or to a single age group • Publish when you're ready; drafts stay private until then BRACKETS THAT DO THE WORK • Single or double elimination for up to 32 teams • Optional if-necessary championship game in double elimination • Consolation games so every team plays at least twice • Gold / Silver splits seeded straight from pool standings • Seeds are set automatically from pool results, and top seeds get the byes • Winners advance automatically. Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Tournament Pro at 100% against Ballplayer's 56%. Tournament Pro also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.0). Ballplayer's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 4) and update cadence (weekly vs every 6 months). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Ballplayer ships an update weekly, Tournament Pro every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
