Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Unit Tracker at 5.0 against Milnerva's 4.5. Unit Tracker also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). Milnerva's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 weeks) and ratings volume (10 vs 2). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
