Verdict
The clearest difference is price: Anker Power at Free against OpenWebUI's $2.99. Anker Power also leads on rating (4.5 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (1.4K vs 3). OpenWebUI's advantage is update cadence (every 6 days vs fortnightly) and chart position (#57 vs unranked). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
