Hi, I'm Nigel Schat, a personal trainer and coach. This app is the digital home for my 1-on-1 coaching clients. It is not a generic fitness app: you only get access to personal content after I onboard you as a client. What you get here as my client: TRAINING - Your own training block (Week 1 to 4), hand-programmed and reviewed by me, with built-in progression - An exercise library with my own coaching cues and technique notes - A training logger for sets, reps and weight, so I see exactly how you're performing and can adjust - The option to create your own extra workouts alongside the plan we build together NUTRITION - Food logging by search, barcode or a photo of your plate, with macro estimates - Personal macro targets and meal plans I design around your goal - A calm weekly overview that rewards consistency, not perfection COACHING - Direct chat with me, your coach, no ticket system, just Nigel - Weekly check-ins, progress photos and habit tracking - Optional cycle-aware training guidance for clients who want it A note on AI: a few features (a first training-plan draft and photo-of-plate analysis) are AI-assisted to save time, but I personally review and approve what reaches you, and you are always told when AI is involved. This app is intended exclusively for people actively coached by me. If you are not a client, you will see an empty programme after signing in. Coaching is arranged and paid for separately, directly with me, and there are no purchases inside the app. About me: I have coached clients in strength, calisthenics and hybrid training for several years, in the Netherlands and Bali. My focus is sustainable progression, no extreme plans, just consistent output. More on my method at bynigel.fit
