Powerdocs vs Crewsmart IMS

Digitalisation of field documentation to bring your company into the information age. At Power Professionals, we experienced first-hand the burden of processing paperwork from the technicians in the field. To improve quality and increase efficiency – Power Docs was born. Power Docs is a fully paperless system where field forms are completed on a mobile device and are uploaded to the Power Docs portal where they can be accessed by anyone, anywhere as long as they have an internet connection. Power Docs goes beyond mobile forms; Power Docs empowers you to build dynamic data-driven apps that contain features like menus, dashboards and listing Screens. This opens infinite possibilities for creating deep and productive apps that address the need to access information as well as capture data in the office or in the field. Better data quality and reduced time allows you to reduce project costs and be more competitive.

IMS Paper-based integrated management systems can be a nightmare to update and monitor for workboats. We developed the IMS module to handle this burden, it allows your company management system to be stored digitally. Individual sections can be updated from the office and notifications can be sent out to the relevant Crew. We then log who has read the documents and who still needs to.
