ZaxMed

ZaxMed turns what you say during a consultation into a ready entry for the medical record, and types it into your practice software without integration and without installation. HOW IT WORKS Choose what you are creating: an interview from a conversation with a patient, or a note you dictate yourself, such as an examination report. Speak. The app turns speech into text. You can keep the plain text or ask ZaxMed to arrange it into a document. You always see the text and can correct it before it goes anywhere. NOTHING FOR IT TO DEPLOY Plug the Zax Stick into a USB port. The computer sees it as an ordinary keyboard, so it works with any practice software that accepts typed text, and needs no drivers and no changes to the system. TRANSCRIPTION ON THE DEVICE By default, speech is turned into text on your phone. The recording never leaves the device and no internet connection is needed. If you want higher accuracy, you can enable cloud transcription in Settings. The choice is yours and the app states plainly what each option does. WHO IT IS FOR For doctors and clinics who lose hours every day retyping visits and would rather look at the patient than at a keyboard. IMPORTANT ZaxMed is not a medical device. It does not diagnose and does not propose treatment. Transcription and editing may contain errors, including in drug names and doses. Read and correct the text before using it in medical documentation. Responsibility for the documentation remains with the physician. The Zax Stick device is required for full functionality. The app interface and speech recognition are in Polish.
