Muninn keeps today's habits on your Home Screen and Lock Screen, and checks them off by itself when Health or Photos shows they happened. Go for a run and it's already marked done. Each habit is a row of tally marks, one per day. Glance at a widget to see what's left today, tap to mark a habit done, and watch the streak grow. LET YOUR PHONE DO THE LOGGING Muninn reads Apple Health and your photo library to check habits off for you: • Steps, exercise minutes, active energy, stand hours, water, time in daylight and mindful minutes, with a daily goal you set • Sleep and bedtime, walking, running and cycling distance, toothbrushing and handwashing • Logging your weight • Workouts: any workout, or a run, walk, ride, swim, yoga or strength session, with an optional minimum length • A new photo or video, for a photo-a-day habit Access is read only. Muninn never changes your Health data or photo library, and never uploads them. Your habits stay on your iPhone. START FROM A GOAL Tell Muninn what you want to keep up, like moving more, a calmer mind or a photo a day, and pick from habits that show how they'll be checked off. Or name your own habit and check it off by hand. HABITS YOU WANT TO QUIT • Add something to stop, like No sugar or No alcohol • Every day counts by itself. One tap marks a slip, and one more takes it back • See your days without and your longest run, with an evening check-in HABITS THAT FIT YOUR WEEK • Every day, chosen weekdays, or a few times a week • Show a habit on widgets only in the morning, afternoon or evening • A reminder at the time you pick, only if the habit isn't done yet, with a Mark as done action • Streaks that count rest days as rest, not failure • Skip today or pause a habit, and your streak waits for you • A page for each habit with its streak, completion rates and every day of the past year • Start a habit from an earlier date, and mark a past day you forgot • Tap a habit's marks to check off today, or touch and hold for more • Shortcuts, and export and import as a file WIDGETS • Home Screen widgets in small, medium and large • Lock Screen widgets in every size • Choose which habits each widget shows • A Days without widget for a habit you're quitting • Tap a habit in a Home Screen widget to check it off without opening the app • Hide habits from your Home Screen widgets once they're done FREE AND PRO Muninn is free for up to 3 habits, with the small Home Screen widget, notifications, checking off by hand, and one habit that checks itself off from Health or Photos. Muninn Pro adds unlimited habits, every Home Screen and Lock Screen widget, and automatic check-off for all your habits. Coming from INTR? Your reminders, history and widgets come with you, and everything you already had stays unlocked. No account, no ads, no tracking.
