Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: CC Transfers at none against Scoutt's 10. CC Transfers also leads on ratings volume (1K vs 3) and device support (3 vs 1). Scoutt's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 months). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Scoutt sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. CC Transfers asks for nothing beyond the download.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for CC Transfers against 5.0 for Scoutt. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CC Transfers has 1K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 94% of CC Transfers's written reviews are positive against 100% of Scoutt's.
CC Transfers ships an update every 2 months, Scoutt every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
