Your daily dose of insight in 3 simple steps: 1. Quick Wellness Scan: Open the app and complete a brief wellness scan using your mobile device camera. The process is designed to be quick, contactless, and non-invasive. This scan is intented solely for wellness purposes and does not constitute a medical measurement or clinical assessment. 2. Apple Health Integration The platform integrates with Apple Health (HealthKit), allowing you to optionally sync selected data from compatible devices and applications. Where enable by you, the platform analyses selected indicators from your wellness scan and health and activity data (such as heart rate, activity levels, and sleep patterns). All integrations are user-controlled and subject to your consent and device permissions. 3.
