CompEngine vs Skatedex

We built the Engine to have fun and give everyone a chance to compete. Help us create a spot where success is celebrated and friendships are made. Whether you've cut your teeth off the grid or in the parks, we can all help each other level up.

Skatedex is the world's largest skatepark directory, skate log, and clip editor that's built by skaters, for every rider. Find skateparks near you, check in when you roll up, film and edit your clips, and share it all with your crew. All wheels are welcome on Skatedex whether you ride a skateboard, scooter, BMX, or rollerblade. DISCOVER 8,000+ SKATEPARKS Browse every skatepark on the planet with satellite map view, ratings right on the pins, and filters for bowls, street, vert, lights, and pump tracks. See photos, features, surface type, admission, and reviews from riders who've actually skated it. Hunt new spots in your neighborhood or plan a skate trip across state lines. FILM & EDIT YOUR CLIPS A full video editor, built in: stitch up to five clips, trim them tight, add slow-mo or speed ramps, drop text on your line, and finish with filters and sounds. Post to the Community feed, tag the park and the friends who were there, and collect kudos. TRACK EVERY SESSION Check in the moment you roll up or let auto check-in handle it when you arrive at a park (Pro). Every session builds your skate log: where you went, how long you skated, the clip you filmed, and who you skated with. Get a mini recap of every month, and your full Skatedex Wrapped at the end of the year. CLIMB THE LEADERBOARDS Compete with skaters worldwide: most parks visited, longest streak, total sessions. See how you stack up against friends, your state, and the world. EARN BADGES Unlock achievements the moment you check in: first park in a new state, rare parks, streaks. Pin your best to the showcase on your profile. BUILD YOUR CREW Follow skaters, comment and reply on clips, give kudos, and get notified when a friend checks in at a park near you. Share your profile anywhere with your own link: skatedex.com/u/username. SAVE YOUR HIT LIST Build lists of parks you want to skate and watch your skated progress fill in as you check them off.
