Schengen Simple answers the key question that other apps don't: what's the longest I can travel on any given date without jeopardising a future trip or breaking the 90/180 rule? Here's an example. Say you have a trip next week and another in 2 months, and you want to add one in between. Schengen Simple tells you exactly how long that middle trip can be without causing an overstay. You'll always know how long you can travel while ensuring you can still take every trip in your calendar. FEATURES - No need to nominate a date of entry. Schengen Simple analyses your full trip calendar at once, so you always know how long you can travel on any date without affecting trips you've already planned. - Multi-traveller support. Track Schengen allowance for your whole family or travel group in one app, each with their own calendar and calculations. - Passport Control mode displays exactly how long you've been in the Schengen Area in a given 180-day period. - See your allowance under every date in the calendar, so you can spot when it changes and plan accordingly. Often, waiting a few days gives you a longer stay. - Allowance Analysis. Easily probe why your allowance is what it is for a given date, so you know which trips you could edit to stay longer. - Personalised customer support. Questions about your trips or the rules? Get a real reply from a real person. - The Schengen Simple algorithm is thoroughly tested, including against the official EU calculator, so you can fully trust its calculations. - Clear, simple and easy to use. Even calculators deserve beautiful design. PRICING Get started with a one-week free trial, after which an annual subscription gives you full access to all features. Prices vary by country. Your subscription supports ongoing updates as Schengen rules evolve, personalised support from a real person when you need it, and we'll never sell your data or show ads. Schengen Ledger
Read full descriptionHide full description
Schengen Ledger counts the days you have spent inside the Schengen area, and shows you where that leaves you against the 90/180 rule. The rule is easy to state and genuinely hard to apply. On any given day, immigration looks back over the previous 180 days including that day and adds up every day you were inside the area. That total may not exceed 90. Arrival and departure days both count in full. The window moves daily, so the answer does too, and it depends on trips up to six months old. Passports are no longer stamped. Since the EU Entry/Exit System became fully operational across all 29 Schengen states in April 2026, crossings have been recorded biometrically and overstays detected automatically. The ink stamps people used to count by hand are gone, which makes the record you keep yourself the only copy you hold. Record trips outside the area too — Ireland, the UK, Morocco, anywhere. They are kept and their days are not counted, and the app knows which countries are which. Ireland and Cyprus are in the EU and outside Schengen; Monaco and the Canaries are inside it; Andorra and Greenland are not. Gibraltar is British and its days do count, which is the one nobody guesses — the app says so on the trip itself. WHAT IT SHOWS YOU • Your days, today. How many of the 90 are spent, how many are left, and, if you are inside right now, the last day of this stay. • The rolling window, drawn. Six months, one cell per day, so you can watch the days roll off the back instead of taking a number on trust. • The dates you plan around. The latest exit that stays within the limit, the first day a stay is available, when days start coming back, and when your record is clear enough for a full 90 again. • A planning calendar. Every day of the month carries the length of the stay available if you arrive on it — thirty answers at once. Tap a second day for "can I go from this date to that one?", or ask for a number of days and have the earliest departure found for you. Every answer accounts for trips already in your ledger, including the case people miss: a stay that is fine on its own but pushes a trip booked months later over the limit. • The months ahead, as a curve against the 90 line, so a problem in November is visible in August. • A widget in five sizes for the lock and home screens. • Where you have been: your record read as places rather than dates, by continent, country and territory. • A check on your own record: overlapping trips, a departure you never typed, a country spelled in a way nothing matched. It tells you and opens the trip. It never edits anything for you. • Reminders, if you want them. Four switches, all off until you turn them on, worked out on your phone and delivered by it. If nothing needs doing you hear nothing for months at a time. • Open-ended trips, so the count keeps itself up to date while you are away. • Import and export as plain, readable JSON. PRIVATE BECAUSE OF HOW IT IS BUILT No account. No analytics. No adverts, no subscription, nothing to buy. There is no networking code in this app at all — not disabled, not opt-out, absent. That is why every category of the privacy label reads Data Not Collected, why the reminders are scheduled by your own phone rather than sent to it, and why it works in aeroplane mode at a border exactly as it works at home. WHAT IT IS NOT This is a counter, not advice. It counts what you enter, which can differ from the official record — a forgotten day trip, a mistyped date — and where the two differ, the official one decides. It makes no representation about what any border officer will decide. A national long-stay visa or a residence permit takes you out of the 90/180 rule altogether; if you hold one, this app does not describe your position. Some member states still honour older bilateral visa-waiver agreements, and those are not modelled here. Made by ZenCoWork. Free, with no adverts and nothing to buy.
