Using the Gardia app, you can be warned on your phone when approaching vehicles that are within 150 meters behind you and your bicycle. Alerts are color-coded based on surrounding traffic. Green means you’re all clear, yellow means at least one vehicle is approaching, and red means a vehicle is coming at you fast. Be cautious and then take action if you need. Tempo Timer A focused interval timer for athletes who measure effort in rounds, not minutes. Whether you're running intervals, lifting in EMOM blocks, or grinding through HIIT circuits, Tempo Timer keeps your eyes on the work — not the clock. Set up the cycle once, save it as a preset, and dive straight into your next session. Built for sweat sessions Tempo Timer is stripped down to what matters mid-set: time remaining, the current interval, and what comes next. No ads. No popups. No accounts. Open the app, hit start, get to work. What's inside • Custom intervals — dial in work, rest, and rounds • Presets — save your favourite cycles and start with one tap • Session history — review what you trained, when, and for how long • Distraction-free active view — readable from across the room, sweaty and out of breath • Visual cues — colour and motion mark every transition so you don't have to stare at the screen • Changelog — see what's new with every update Who it's for • Runners doing track intervals or fartlek work • Lifters following EMOM, AMRAP, or tempo-prescribed programs • HIIT, Tabata, and circuit-training enthusiasts • Boxers, climbers, and anyone who works in rounds • Anyone tired of timer apps that feel like spreadsheets Designed in detail Every screen is hand-tuned for mid-workout use — large numbers, high-contrast typography, tactile feedback on every action. No clutter, no learning curve, no settings to wade through. Privacy first Your sessions stay on your device. Tempo Timer doesn't track you, doesn't collect analytics, and doesn't need an account. Time your tempo. Train hard.
