Cash prizes are an exciting bonus, but the bigger opportunity is reaching new audiences and giving your talent a life beyond one social media post. Invite your 3F’s—Fans, Family and Friends—to discover artists, vote during active contests and offer support through follows, comments, shares and reposts. HOW ACTIVE WEEKLY CONTESTS WORK When a weekly contest is active: • Begins Sunday at 12:00 AM ET. • Upload one approved talent video up to three minutes. • Eligible registered users may vote during the week. • Voting closes Saturday at 11:30 PM ET. • Top Kat verifies votes and eligibility. • The verified winner is announced around 11:45 PM ET. • At midnight, entries are cleared and a new contest may begin. Contest availability, dates and special competitions are announced inside the app. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE? We welcome singers, rappers, dancers, comedians, musicians, DJs, producers, poets, spoken-word artists, magicians, visual artists and other approved creators. Contestants must be 18 or older, submit approved content and follow all requirements. You must own your submission or have permission to use everything included. PLANS AND WEEKLY PRIZES Bronze — Free An eligible Bronze winner receives 20 in-app coins. Silver — $1.99 per week An eligible Silver winner may receive the applicable $10 weekly cash prize. Gold — $4.99 per month An eligible Gold winner may receive the applicable $20 weekly cash prize. Diamond — $49.99 per year An eligible Diamond winner may receive the applicable $20 weekly cash prize. The applicable subscription must be active before the winning video is uploaded. Prize eligibility is subject to subscription, content, vote and identity verification. At least 10 verified votes are required to qualify for a cash prize. Artists may receive no more than two cash prizes in the same calendar month. Eligible weekly winners may also have an opportunity to compete in a separately announced special competition for a $100 prize. Additional rules may apply. FAIR VOTING MATTERS • Eligible users may cast one vote per video, subject to in-app controls. • Displayed totals are not final until verified by Top Kat. • Duplicate, automated, purchased, manipulated or fraudulent votes may be removed. • Multiple accounts may not be used to manipulate voting. • Sponsors and advertisers cannot buy votes, change results or select winners. WINNERS KEEP SHINING Verified winning videos may receive additional exposure through TK Talent Show on Roku and Amazon Fire TV, allowing approved performances to remain available beyond a weekly mobile contest. Winners may also be recognized on the Winner page, Top Kat’s website, Instagram and within the Top Kat Family community.
