Both are free to download. Locknload sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Lock Screen Widget + Wallpaper asks for nothing beyond the download.
Locknload holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 1.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Locknload has 73 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of Lock Screen Widget + Wallpaper's written reviews are positive against 50% of Locknload's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Lock Screen Widget + Wallpaper ships an update every 2 months, Locknload weekly. The most recent releases landed on September 4, 2026 and September 21, 2026 respectively.
