CheckMe vs Pausean

Turn your phone over. The time is yours. Pausean is a focus timer that starts when you put your phone down. Set your minutes on the dial, lay your phone face down, and your time begins. Every quiet stretch becomes a stone in your bowl. A GENTLE START - Tap once to get ready, then turn your phone over. Your time starts the moment it lies face down. - In the first seconds you feel three slow breaths as soft vibrations. No need to look. - The dial clicks into place minute by minute and shows which stone you will receive. NO PRESSURE, NO GUILT - Picking your phone up briefly is fine. Your time keeps running for 60 seconds. - Jokers let you pause a session when something comes up. - No streaks, no red days. An empty day simply stays empty. YOUR BOWL - Each duration forms its own kind of stone. - Each month gets its own bowl. With Pro, past bowls stay on your shelf. - Older stones gather dust over time. Rub them with your finger and they shine again. - Press and hold a stone to see what you can do with it. BREATHE - Guided breathing has its own tab. Arriving and Letting go are free for everyone. - Every exercise leaves a piece of sea glass in your bowl. - Feel the breath (Pro): soft vibrations guide you, so you can close your eyes. AUTUMN STONES Until November 29, every session forms one of four autumn stones: chestnut, leaf print, pumpkin stone and honey stone. The pumpkin stone is free for everyone this season. SHARE YOUR CALM Share a session, a single stone, your week or your month as a quiet image. PAUSEAN PRO - Pocket mode: sessions also run while your phone is put away - All breathing exercises and Feel the breath - History as a week and month calendar, plus statistics - Past bowls on your shelf - All seasonal stones and stone sets - More jokers per day Pausean Pro is available as a subscription or as a one-time purchase.
