The app uses Bluetooth® wireless technology to connect to nearby MX Series systems. From the moment a system receives power, it automatically connects both locally to the MX Field App and remotely to MX Cloud, providing easy local and remote access to system status, settings and data. Quickly pair to the system by following the instructions inside the MX power module lid or by requesting a digital key from an MX Cloud administrator. The app is intended exclusively for technicians which are useing a trencher. Access requires approval from Tesmec S.p.a., which verifies user requests submitted through a form integrated into the app. The entire app and its features are accessible only after the account is approved by Tesmec S.p.a. No payment subscriptions are required. Key Features: Error Code Database: Users can input SPN and FMI codes displayed by the machine to receive a clear explanation of the error, its severity level, and suggestions for resolution. Missing Code Reporting: If a code is not present in the database, users can send a report directly to Tesmec S.p.a. for technical support and database improvement. Offline Mode: The database is stored locally on the device, ensuring access to data even without an internet connection.
