We are Hobart’s first Reformer & Rhythm Ride studio. Inclusive, heart-pumping, feel good movement. Challenge your body and recharge your soul in our results-driven workouts. Free of judgement, a community like no other. Transform into your best self. Be part of a community and participate in classes designed to get you strong and make you sweat. All of our classes are accessible, but challenging. You'll be welcomed with a smile, so book in for your first Reformer Pilates (50 minute) or Ride class (45 minute). See you in the studio!

Educate + Empower + Elevate This is our vision to do the above, educate in all forms of movement, empower all members for life and see them elevate themselves as they grow and feel more confident in who they are. Our focus is fitness (yoga- Yin, Vinyasa, Gentle flow & Hot Ninety/ Sixty. Pilates - Mat Pilates & Hot HIIT. Dance (Hip hop, House, Afro, Contemporary & RnB Choreography. We have training for performance level in dance, music, visual arts & fashion.
