Keep your nutrition in view Follow calories, protein, carbs, and fat across your meals. Set your daily targets, review previous days, and log your usual foods again without starting from scratch. Save the meals you make Create your own recipes or import one from a recipe link. Save the ingredients and portions, then log the amount you eat. AI nutrition values are estimates you can review and adjust. AI features have usage limits; Premium gives you a larger allowance. Create plans for the gym, home, or outdoors, whether you train for strength, muscle, cardio, or mobility. Log without losing your flow Record sets, reps, weight, timed holds, and mobility rounds as you train. Rest timers and previous values keep you moving, while your full training history stays close. See your strength change Follow exercise progress, estimated one-rep max, personal records, muscle coverage, and training volume. Strength rankings take each exercise from Bronze to Platinum, so your next milestone is always clear. Get advice from your own training Heft turns the workouts you log into personal coach advice. Each insight shows the data behind it, then lets you adjust your current challenge or save the focus for the next one. Train from your wrist Use Heft on Apple Watch to track workouts, sets, timers, and holds without reaching for your phone. Review the work Workout summaries and challenge recaps show what improved, what stalled, and where your next sessions can make a difference. Terms of Use: https://heft-app.com/terms/

You don't need a gym to look bigger in your clothes. VTaper is a 90-day at-home challenge that trains only the muscles that actually show in a fitted shirt — shoulders, upper chest, arms and upper back. No legs. No abs. No equipment. Just the frame people see. About 12 minutes a day. VTaper Pro is a paid auto-renewing subscription. A subscription is required to unlock the 90-day program and all of the features listed below. New subscribers can start with a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan. THE PROOF IS YOUR OWN PHOTO Take one photo a day in a fixed frame. VTaper builds it into a before-and-after you can actually see. Because change is invisible day to day, we only reveal your progress weekly — and at Day 30, 60 and 90 — when it's real. WHAT'S INCLUDED IN VTAPER PRO (paid subscription required) • A daily 12-minute bodyweight session. No gym, no equipment. • Your own before-and-after, shot in your best light • Day-1 "Look Bigger Now" — shirt fit, posture and camera tricks that work in five minutes • A streak that survives real life, with flex days • Three progressive 30-day blocks, so it never goes stale • An optional resistance-band track if you want shoulder width too HONEST ABOUT RESULTS Bodyweight training fills out your chest, arms, back and posture — the V-taper illusion that makes a t-shirt sit right. Shoulder width is load-dependent, so that's what the optional band track is for. We tell you which is which. SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS • VTaper Pro Yearly — $49.99 per year, including a 7-day free trial for new subscribers • VTaper Pro Monthly — $9.99 per month • Prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary by country. Your local price is always shown in the app before you confirm any purchase. • Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. • Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected. • You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew at any time in your Apple Account settings after purchase. • If you start a free trial, any unused portion of that trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
